Case Team Assistant in Tashkent

CTA is assigned to 4-5 Managers and/or Project Leaders (PL) and provides production and administrative support to them and respective case team(s) as well as executes tasks related to general office support as requested by the office needs.

  • Administrative support of directors and project leaders’ teams
  • Managing Outlook calendar: coordination and organization of business meetings
  • Arranging business travel (booking tickets and hotels, transfers, accounting reports)
  • Preparing project documentation (correspondence, requests for information, reports)
  • Participation in preparation of internal and client events, seminars, trainings
  • Preparing presentations and documents for business meetings
  • Handling paperwork (bills, expense reports)


  • Relevant professional experience not less than 1,5 years on similar position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Travel support experience
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Internet
  • Punctuality and attentiveness to details
  • Enthusiastic, stress resistant
  • Responsible, service-minded, positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability and motivation to work in fast-paced environment
  • Advanced English; Uzbek and Russian as a plus
