  • Implement BCG system learning strategy
  • Organize local learning events
  • Production host support, attendance analysis and calendar invite on Zoom or similar platform
  • Participant management from initial registration, to final attendance; communication with participants throughout the entire process including invitations, confirmation, cancellation requests, and logistical questions
  • Presenter management: scheduling of presenters, coordination of presenter briefing and preparation
  • Coordinate with career development function on individual development needs
  • Develop and maintain the network of local training providers
  • Coordinate regional and global training attendance of Caspian team


You are good at:

  • Process organization with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
  • Service orientation and sensitivity in responding to customer needs
  • Being resourceful; strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Working independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative
  • Processes and programs improvement

You bring:

  • University degree, preferably in HR
  • 2-3 years of experience in L&D
  • Skills in organizing and leading the trainings
  • Excellent verbal & written English & Azeri, knowledge of Russian is a plus
  • Excellent coordination and multi-tasking skills
