Caspian recruitment manager

Baku, Azerbaijan



  • Overview and manage recruitment process for Caspian region (Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan)
  • Ensure Recruiting objectives, activities and outcomes are coordinated and consistent with Staffing needs
  • Set and drive the strategy and for the entire recruitment of consulting staff (including interns) and BST staff
  • Communicate and negotiate offers
  • Lead and coordinate day-day work allocation of Recruiting Team as needed
  • Attend recruitment events and meetings on behalf of BCG in Caspian
  • Oversee controlling sheets, controlling reports, and pipeline reports
  • Manage Recruitment budgets in coordination with central recruiting team in Italy
  • Manage niche ad-hoc recruitment activities for senior level candidates
  • Provide account and channel support within the context of marketing/branding (takes care of foundations and conducts foundation events, cooperates with student organizations)
  • Organize and conducts road shows, workshops, fairs, mega-events, etc.
  • Push for changes and identifies areas for improvement in recruitment process
  • Handle recruiting press relations
  • Understand the university and business school landscape, both locally and internationally-able to act as advisor to officer group and wider HR team
  • Understand market and competitor landscape, acting as advisor to officer group and wider HR team
  • Recruiting marketing events, Social Media and Branding
  • Attend local and international recruiting events as necessary
  • Support events planning activities
  • Prepare material for information sessions, case interview workshops, career fairs, interview days

Team management

  • Lead and coordinate the team, participate in appraisal process for the team
  • Capacity planning and workload management
  • Build/foster a strong Recruiting team
  • Mentoring and coaching, feedback and development
  • Ensure recruiting campaigns and other responsibilities are executed seamlessly, representing the BCG brand


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • At least 8-10 years of full-cycle recruiting, HR including experience in people management.Prior professional services recruiting experience a plus.
  • Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian is a plus
