Executive Assistant in Tashkent



  • Administrative support of Managing Director and Partner
  • Manage Outlook calendar: coordination and organization of business meetings – effective planning of the day
  • Arrange business travel (booking tickets and hotels, transfers, accounting reports)
  • Prepare project documentation (correspondence, requests for information, reports)
  • Ad-hoc requests and information search upon request
  • Prepare presentations and documents for business meetings
  • Keep track of prior scheduled appointments and issuing timely reminders accordingly
  • Handle paperwork (bills, expense reports)
  • Occasionally: handle private tasks


  • University degree
  • Relevant professional experience not less than 5 years on similar position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Internet)
  • Punctuality and attentiveness to details; Enthusiastic, stress resistant, mature personality and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English; Uzbek and Russian as a plus
